Is there a long-term contract?
We start with a free proof of concept. From there, all plans run on a 12-month commitment — bill monthly, or choose annual billing and save 15%
What happens after the free POC?
You keep everything, regardless of whether you buy: the scores on your own conversations, the KPI dashboards, and a specific improvement roadmap. If you continue, your scorecards, calibration, and POC data carry straight into your plan — there’s no re-implementation, because the POC runs on the real platform. If you don’t, you walk away with the roadmap and we part as friends.
How does pricing scale as we grow?
Pricing is per user per month, so it scales with the size of your team — not with conversation volume. Every conversation your team handles is scored at no additional cost. As you grow, you add users at your tier’s rate; for larger deployments, contact us about volume pricing.
Is our data secure?
Yes. ChatrHub is SOC 2 Type II certified, supports HIPAA and PCI-DSS requirements, and encrypts your data in transit and at rest. We never use your data to train external AI models — the models we calibrate for you are trained on your conversations, for your environment only. Sensitive information (PII, PHI, payment data) can be redacted in real time before anyone sees it. Full details are on our Trust page.
How long does onboarding take?
You’ll see your first scored conversations within 24 hours of connecting your phone system or platform. Our team builds your scorecards against your actual conversations and handles the calibration — so it’s accurate on day one, and there’s nothing for your team to configure.
What if the AI accuracy isn't 95%+?
It’s our problem to fix, not yours. Every other vendor hands you the scorecard and the tuning work — when accuracy drifts, your QA team inherits the problem. We build the scorecards, train the models on your conversations, and monitor continuously for drift. When your business changes and accuracy moves, we recalibrate. That’s the “maintained for you” in built and maintained for you.

Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade anytime, and your scorecards, calibration, and historical data come with you. Tier minimums apply: 5 users on Starter, 10 on Professional, 25 on Enterprise.
